It's a last full moon of the year.
Full moon SWEET BISCUITS in the morning for breakfast!
1 cup wholemeal spelt flour (and this does all the magic)
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sour cream
about 1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup muscovado light brown sugar
Mix everything in a bowl, using your hands. Form a disc and wrap in plastic foil. Leave in a fridge for at least an hour to rest. Flour the surface and roll out the dough to be tin. Use circle cookie cutters for full moon cookies or back of a piping nozzle.
Bake in the preheated oven to 180 Celsius for just few minutes, about 4 (for larger cookies 7-8 minutes).
