granola bars according to Marija



Sometimes after the rain comes even heavier rain. While waiting for that ‘sun’ to come out, eventually, here’s what you should do. Make this healthy wealthy Marija’s granola.
Simple and easy like any other, but again special.
What is so special about this granola is the fact that it doesn’t contain any sugar or dried fruits (which you can add additionally once it’s baked, dried blueberries work just perfect) or oats, but it can be the sweatiest breakfast.
After not eating sugar for some time this becomes the sweetest thing in the world, sweeter than chocolate. These last lines are not mine but I absolutely agree with the statement and I can confirm the same.

Marija’s granola bars
2 cups cashews (soaked in water over night and drained)
2 cups hazel nuts
1 cup almonds (I used walnuts as I had them in my stash)  
100g shredded coco
200ml coconut milk

Mix everything in a blender and spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.
Bake for around 40 minutes on 170oC.
Allow to cool and store in a jar.
