sunday morning

eggs and bacon






















After we ate big meal night before, and we didn’t sleep so well, we wake up hungry again. And this is how it goes over and over every day. This circle never ends.

The Sun rose at 6:12 A.M.
Temperature was 15oC.
The wind was from the North-northeast.
The excitement was just about to happen, again..

Slice of toasted bread, tsp of honey, tsp of mustard (with whole grains), bunch of rocket salad, tsp olive oil mixed with 1/2 tsp aceto balsamico, poached egg, few slices of crispy bacon and salt and pepper to taste.























































































































In defense of using fat in the morning, let me just say that fat is important, essential part of kitchen. Frying these slices of pancetta until golden brown makes slices so crispy and non fat. So you can eat them with pleasure.
