Mix bean broth, honey, aloe vera malt and Andean root maca. Catch a couple of frogs in Lake Titicaca, strip their skins off, and dump those in a blender with the other ingredients for a succulent morning smoothie.
It also states that this is an easy recipe for Peruvian Frog Juice with no contraindications. Very interesting, but we will not make this green smoothie today. Instead we will look up for some other colors in our environment.
It's been gray for quite some time but they say it's gonna snow. My planetary ruler, Mercury somehow works to my disadvantage. I wait for that snow, patiently. I wait for silent and white surroundings. Meantime certain colors are always to be found in your environment.

fruit smoothies
You don't need to mix exactly same ingredients, use these recipes as a ruler to colorful mornings.

banana & raspberry smoothie
½ banana (peeled, cut into 3 parts)
100g frozen raspberries
½ apple (peeled, cored, chopped)
½ orange (juice)
4 tbsp cold water

banana & blueberry smoothie
½ banana (peeled, cut into 3 parts)
50g  frozen blueberries
½ apple (peeled, cored, chopped)
½ orange (juice)
½ lemon (juice)
4 tbsp cold water

banana & orange smoothie
1 banana (small banana, peeled, cut into few parts)
1 ½ orange (juice and flesh/pulp)
variation: dissolve 1tsp ground turmeric and 1tsp honey in 2 tbsp of water

Put all the ingredients (per smoothie) into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into glasses, jars, bottles and consume right away. Serves one per smoothie!
